Send feedback directly to user email

It would be very useful if we could configure the Article Feedback so that it is directly sent to an email of our choice, of the email of a user account, instead of having to look at the "Content tools" page and assign it every time.

Great idea. As a Tech Writer, I'd find it more efficient if Doc360 could proactively send us these emails so we could act more quickly if the feedback warrants a response. Thank you.
