When a project’s active API key capacity is reached, there is currently no way to increase it directly from the API keys page.

Allow project owners to request or purchase additional API key capacity directly from the API keys page, similar to how additional user seats can be added.

Benefit: Project owners can scale the number of active integrations on their own schedule, without waiting on an external step to raise their capacity.
