It would be nice if you could export not only the complete knowledge base as PDF, but also selected categories. Maybe you could add checkboxes for the categories below the version, similar to the document scopes in the security groups.

Hi Stefan Mayer thanks for your patience, we have introduced this feature in our latest release.
We have added a new tab in the Export to pdf overview page (Content tools → Import & Export → Export to PDF → Content templates). Users can filter and save content templates for export at a category and article level.
This comes in handy when exporting any segment repetitively in your knowledge base. The user doesn’t have to go through the entire process of compiling the articles and categories every time. Instead, they can just click on the Download option and the same content set would be exported again.

I think this feature exists on the all Content page (bulk actions). You can filter by category and then export to PDF

@Document360 team: Then it would need an additional option to select the design. Currently you can just use the default.
