“Select all n articles” does not work consistently in All Articles view

In the All Articles section, when using the “Select all n articles” option after applying filters (such as category filters), the selection does not work reliably. The option is intended to select all articles in the filtered result set, but in practice, the selection is inconsistent.
Because of this, when labels are applied using “Select all n articles”, they are not applied to all intended articles. In some cases, even articles visible on the first page are missed, resulting in only a subset of articles receiving the label.
This creates confusion for users performing bulk operations and requires them to manually apply labels page by page. Improving the reliability of the “Select all n articles” functionality would ensure that bulk actions are applied consistently to all selected and filtered articles.

Hi Vivacious Peafowl Vijay
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for the detailed explanation of the scenario.
The “Select all n articles” option in the All Articles section is designed to select all articles within the currently filtered result set so that bulk actions, such as applying labels, can be performed efficiently. From your description, it appears that the selection is not consistently applying to all articles in the filtered list, which leads to some articles being skipped during bulk operations.
We understand how this can create confusion and additional manual effort when managing articles at scale. Our team will review the behavior of the “Select all n articles” functionality, particularly in scenarios where filters are applied, to identify the root cause and ensure the selection operates reliably across the entire filtered result set.
In the meantime, if you encounter this scenario again, applying the labels page by page can serve as a temporary workaround while we investigate this further.
