We'd want to see articles that are in custom workflow stages in Bulk operations. Today, we can't perform bulk operations from workflow assignments. So each article will need to be marked for review AND assigned to someone. Now when that someone logs in... they can't do a publish of all articles that have been assigned to them - if they have not been marked for review as well.
