Searched terms should remain highlighted when article is clicked

Using the search bar, the terms/keywords we search are highlighted in the search index but not once you click on the article.
Once on the article, we must use CTRL-F to retype and find our keyword/search term.
Instead, the searched term/keyword should stay highlighted on the following article for easy navigation.

Thanks for your help Shakeer Hussain S. Unfortunately I still don't see the highlighted keywords when I click an article. On my end, your first two screenshots are accurate but I can't seem to replicate what is seen in your last screenshot, once the article has already been selected keywords do not remain highlighted.
