If I search on (e.g.) "(DEFAULT)", I need to see instances with the parentheses. But the search renders instances without (e.g., "default"). Thanks.

> in our software this has a specific meaning and we want to be able to search on <value*> as well as on <value>.M

Hi, it's been 2 1/2 years since I submitted this request and Doc360's latest response is from 1 1/2 years ago. Can this issue be looked at please? Thanks.

We need to search for a term that has a + in the term, but at this time we cannot use special symbols. This is one of our offerings and we cannot even add a tag that has a + in the name to help the search functionality find these articles. We need the search to be able to support special characters.
