Umbral green Woodpecker As a part of Document360 2.0, we've introduced Bounced Search under analytics. This captures instances where users enter a search keyword but do not click on any of the search results. Thank you

This would be super helpful for us too. Sometimes it is really hard to understand the topic the customer is searching for based on the one word they entered but knowing which article was clicked or not clicked would help clarify their needs.
