In Document360 1.0 we have the admins to define if the search to include all workspace or only the selected workspace.

But in Document360 2.0 this is given to the readers to choose the required/all workspace. A few of our customers by default wanted to have a search across all workspaces by default, the same 1.0 experience is required in 2.0.

The use case is every time a reader wants to search across multiple workspaces consumes time and multiple clicks.
