Revert Edits

If I start editing a file and decide later that it was a mistake, I need a way to revert the file to its previous status.

Hi Shakeer. Sorry for not being specific; I was asking about the "article" context. I was unaware you could do this through the "View History" dialog. I tried it and it worked. Here's how I did it so others can see.
- I started editing an article. This puts it in draft mode.
- I clicked the "View History" button.
- I clicked "Delete" on the draft version I had just created.
The draft version is gone and the article state reverts to "unmodified" in my workspace. That's what I wanted.
We can close this feature request.

Hi Paul - We sincerely appreciate your feedback. Regarding your mention of the "file," are you referring to an "article" within the context? If that's the case, the "View history" option is available within the editor panel, located just below the "Article settings." This option allows you to track and compare the history of article forks, as well as to access and publish the existing version of the article.
Please check the below article for more details https://docs.document360.com/docs/view-history
