We have a mixed knowledge base and the workspace's site access is public.
If we have sub-categories with private article and if we move them to root level, the site access is changed to public because the workspace's site access is public.
We would like to retain the site access of the article.

We understand the concern around access changes when moving private articles or sub-categories to the root level in a mixed knowledge base with public workspace access. Preserving content access during structural changes is an important consideration, especially from a governance and security standpoint.
We will review this use case in detail and evaluate the feasibility of retaining the original site access when content is moved. Once we have clarity on the technical and product implications, we’ll share an update here with the next steps or timelines.
