Hi All,
Appreciate your patience. You can achieve this by configuring a reader group according to the needs followed by mapping respective readers to the group, so that only restricted item / only preferred articles to be viewed only will be viewed by the readers.

Where? Because the current reader restrictions only show down to the Category level. Not the Article level.
