Provide an option to allow PDF exports only for signed-in readers. When enabled, readers who are not authenticated should not be able to export PDFs from the knowledge base.

This would help prevent anonymous visitors from exporting PDFs and consuming the available monthly PDF export credits without signing in when the project is mixed.
