Request to use a Mincho serif font for Japanese PDF exports

We would like to request the ability to configure a separate font specifically for the Japanese (JA) PDF template. We have noticed that the current font renders bold text correctly, but commas and certain punctuation marks are displayed incorrectly.
We request support for a Mincho (serif) font, preferably Noto Serif JP, for the Japanese PDF template, while keeping the English (EN) PDF template unchanged. This would ensure that both bold text and punctuation are rendered accurately and improve the overall readability of Japanese PDF exports.

Thank you for sharing this request. We understand the need to configure a separate font for Japanese (JA) PDF templates, particularly to ensure accurate rendering of bold text, commas, and other punctuation while keeping the English (EN) template unchanged.
We’ll review this internally and check the feasibility of supporting a Mincho/serif font such as Noto Serif JP specifically for Japanese PDF exports. We’ll share an update once we have more clarity from our assessment.
