Sharing this feedback on behalf of the customer (Sarah) The customer, unknowingly, changed the editor type of the article from Advanced WYSOWYG editor to WYSIWYG editor, as a result, the content that has been added to the article in the Advanced WYSIWYG editor has been lost.
Because of which the customer had lost hours of work at their end, and they would like to add the below point to the warning message that we display, while changing the editor type from Advanced WYSIWYG editor to WYSIWYG editor: “Changing from the ‘Advanced’ WYSIWYG editor to the standard WYSIWYG editor will effect the format of you current content, and any changes made during use of the Advanced WYSIWYG editor will be lost."
So that they can refrain from changing the editor type.

I tried to test this by creating a new page in the WYSIWYG editor with one of each callout, then converted the article to Advanced WYSIWYG. I then added another of each callout in the Advanced editor. When you preview the page (and in the editor) you can see that the callout formatting is still inconsistent.
Am I doing something wrong here?
