The customer requests Document360 to prioritize the development of a translation publishing management solution. Currently, the process of individually publishing articles in translated languages is cumbersome and time-consuming. Even if the English version is published, Document360 puts the translation into a draft state, necessitating manual intervention. Bulk publishing does not solve this because they have to check if the English version is published or not. If the English version is published, then they can publish the translation. If the English version is in draft, then they do not publish the translation. Although attempts were made using Document360's APIs, they were unable to meet the need due to limitations in setting triggers based on translation completeness and publication logic. They prefers a solution manageable through the UI rather than relying solely on API calls.
