Request to Filter JWT Analytics Data Between Internal Employees and End Users
Karthikeyan J
This request was created on behalf of Jess
We have added JWT Reader some of them are internal employees, while most are end users.
We would like to have an option to filter the Analytics data between internal employees and end users.
Thank you.

Hi Mohamed Shakheen,
The JWT readers who accesses the site will have same domain as the end users and International orange Swan would like to get only the end users data to monitor the knowledge base performance. It would be helpful for them if we have an option to filter the data.
Thanks.

Our employees and customers access our help center using JWT. This means they both register as JWT, however, I need to extract data for every analytics dashboard for our customers only. The easiest way to distinguish between customers and employees is that our employees have an @forter.com email address so we need to filter out all @forter.com email addresses. My executive team needs to see customer-only data for all Document36 dashboards including: articles, eddy AI, search, reader, team accounts, feedback, etc.

Hi Karthikeyan J
Thanks for sharing this on behalf of Jess.
We do have an existing filter in Reader Analytics that distinguishes JWT-based readers from invited readers, which should enable segmentation between internal employees and external end users in most scenarios.
Please review this capability and let us know if it fulfill the reporting need. If further refinement is required - such as sub-segmentation or tagging logic - we can evaluate that based on usage patterns and traction.
