Request for Follow Feature in Team Accounts

We really like the new Follow feature released with Document360 2.0. However, we have encountered a situation where the Follow button is replaced with the Edit Article button when logged into a Team Account.
There are many scenarios where someone with a Team Account may want to follow an article to stay updated with any changes or updates, without necessarily needing to edit the article. It would be helpful if the Follow button was also available to Team Account users, allowing them to track article changes while maintaining their current permissions.

Problem Statement:
Currently, the Follow feature (which allows readers to subscribe to email notifications about article and category updates) is restricted to individual reader accounts only. Team accounts cannot access this feature, limiting team members' and collaborative users' ability to stay notified about documentation changes relevant to their work.
Suggested Enhancement:
Extend the Follow feature to support team accounts, allowing team members to follow articles and categories and receive email notifications about updates, similar to individual reader accounts.
Customer Benefit:
- Team members can stay informed about documentation updates without manual checking
- Improved collaboration and knowledge sharing within teams
- Reduces support overhead by ensuring team members have timely access to updated information
- Aligns team account capabilities with individual reader account functionality

This also applies to categories that backend “users” cannot currently follow, such as front-end “readers”. However, groups of authors would like to keep an eye on their category (s).
