The Tasks overview in the Dashboard currently has limited filter options, requiring manual selection of articles. It would be helpful to add filters available in the All Articles view, especially Category and Tags, to streamline article management to assign Workflow status.

Hi, do you have an ETA yet for this development please? Also, our use case is that different teams hold their articles in different categories within the same Workspace. When we want to report on unassigned articles for a specific team in the Tasks overview, we therefore need to be able to select based on Category. Please could you consider this use case for implementation. Many thanks.

We would also find it very useful to have more filters for the Tasks overview. For example, Category and Visibility would be very helpful. Also, it would be useful if we could also sort on Label, Assigned By, and Assigned To. Thanks very much for considering this. We are creating a large number of new articles and therefore need to be able to review the unassigned and assigned tasks at a granular level.

Hi Compatible Rooster, Thank you for your feedback! We’re currently working on enhancements to the filters in the Task Details page. Our plan is to introduce labels and last updated date as filter options. While category and tags aren’t part of the current list, we believe labels may be a more effective way to categorize articles for internal classification. That said, we haven’t ruled out the category filter — we’ll evaluate it for future consideration based on traction for this request.

Pavithra Mathivanan, thanks for your reply. Apologies for my late reply — I missed it and was on holiday. Sounds great, but it would indeed be helpful to have the other filters as well!
