Related Articles Visibility

The related articles position is not ideal in the 2.0 Experience, as there is no real way the users will scroll down to the bottom of the article, the customer would like to have the same experience in 1.0 to have it on the eye view for the customer.
It would be great if a Setting could toggle between showing Related Articles on the right side (as in KB 1.0) vs the bottom. IMO, nobody will easily see the related articles under the helpful icons and the previous\next article controls.

Hi Deborah,
Thank you for your feedback regarding the positioning of Related Articles in the 2.0 Experience.
We understand that placing Related Articles at the bottom of the article - below elements like feedback icons and previous/next navigation - reduces their visibility and engagement. In contrast, the 1.0 layout, which displayed them on the right-hand side, provided better visibility and quicker access for readers.
Your suggestion to introduce a toggle setting that allows teams to choose between displaying Related Articles on the right side or at the bottom is a practical and user-centric enhancement.
We’ll consider this as a quick win.
Appreciate your continued input in helping us refine the reader experience.

Team,
One of our customers have request to move the related articles section to the right side of the article content, below the TOC.
The customer feels, the users might miss the related articles as many users miss to notice the content below the "Previous/Next" buttons.

Hani Harrise, there may be a similar request, logged by somebody else, with the same ask.
