Show Related Articles in the KB widget

Team, we have tested the KB widget implementation in our environment (bottom right), and we saw clicking the widget only opens the article that was configured in the settings without displaying any Related Articles underneath (image 1).
Internally, we've decided to show no more than one article so we're not interested in "Show list of articles" option under "Update URL mapping" (image 2).
Now, we're aware, Related Articles show on the published KB site at the bottom (Image 3), but the same isn't visible in the KB widget.
Since the native functionality already exists, we want you to mimic this in the widget area - the white space below the configured mapping (image 4).

Hi Concrete Swordfish
Thanks for clearly outlining the use case and internal setup. We understand that in your current KB widget configuration, only the mapped article opens without showing the
Related Articles
section below it — unlike the published KB site where related articles are displayed at the bottom.Your request to
replicate this native functionality within the widget
(utilizing the white space below the mapped article) makes sense and would enhance content discoverability directly from the widget view. We’ll review the
technical feasibility
of implementing this enhancement to ensure consistent behavior between the KB site and the widget. Once the evaluation is complete, we’ll share an update on potential next steps.Ramesh Lokesh
