We are configuring sub-folder hosting for our project.
Currently, the documentation is accessible through Document360 provided domain and also our domain.
When the users accesses the Document360 domain, we would like them to be redirected to our domain.

Thank you for sharing this request.
We understand the requirement to have users automatically redirected to your custom domain when they access the Document360-provided domain, especially when using sub-folder hosting.
We'll review this internally and check the feasibility of supporting automatic redirection from the Document360 domain to the configured custom domain.
We'll share an update once we have more clarity from our evaluation.
