Hi Lauryn Chao, Thank you for sharing your feedback and highlighting the current experience your team accounts have when accessing Document360 via SSO.

We understand that requiring users to manually enter the subdomain and click "Continue with SSO" introduces friction - especially when accessing the platform via direct links in email notifications. Your suggestion to automatically redirect SSO users straight to the IdP login page would certainly help streamline the login process and reduce confusion.

We will evaluate this request internally and we'll be reviewing the feasibility and implications of implementing a direct SSO redirect flow and will follow up with you once we’ve completed our assessment.

For additional context: If a team account, for example, receives an email notification saying "You've been assigned a feedback" and they click the link, they will be directed to the Doc360 portal log in page.

Since all of our users are SSO users, they will need to enter the subdomain and click "Continue with SSO".

I'd like if when they click the link, it directs them straight to SSO sign on instead of having to enter the subdomain.

This would eliminate a lot of confusion amongst our users.
