It would also be helpful to have an inverse report where we can select a category and see all Reader Groups that have access to it, including inherited access.

Our primary goal is to establish a repeatable security and access review process, particularly for customer-specific content, so that we can periodically verify that each Reader and Reader Group has access only to the content they should.
