Reader Group Analytics

Document360 already has a reader group creation feature. However, in order to track performance on articles, it would be beneficial to have the ability to break down an Analytic report by reader group, if needed. Rather than clicking and clicking just to find a name pertaining to X reader group. It would not only be more time efficient to gather these reports, but also a lot more organized of an approach.

We'd like that as well.

Analytics by user domains would also be helpful. This could help us distinguish between our own employees reading the docs and customers.

A related feature request is https://feedback.document360.com/feature-request/p/filter-performance-based-upon-readers. I didn't notice this feature request when creating the other one.

This is extremely important to us.

Analytics by reader group

We would like to be able to see analytics information on performance by reader group. This can be done today by "user type" in Team Accounts within Analytics, but it only sorts by "Reader" and not by Reader Group. This would help us understand usage by client.

I 1000% agree. If we could see from the data that sales people for example are not reading longer articles but are heavily utilizing visual workflow documents that would really inform our decisions on creating more useful workflow documents for them. It would also help us see which types of users may need more awareness or training on where to find the info they need.

Agreed - this would be invaluable. Having insight into how many readers have been joining as well as activity that these reader groups are most engaging with would help drive future content creation.
I've included a screenshot of one piece that's helpful for us on some of our social media groups:
