Public online commenting for non-paying team members (where a DOC360 paid seat is not required).
We want to allow 10-100 of our team the ability to make inline comments.

We also need a way to get reviews from non-Document 360 members. Currently we generate a PDF, but that means any comments they add or changes the writers have to implement manually, so there's very little point to this. Better to start with Google, get feedback and then import.
But for editing existing pages, this isn't an option.
Consider a solution like Paligo, which has "Contributor" licenses for people who can review and make suggested changes but not write actual content...

Product Statement

We have a similar use case. We would like to have users with non-contributor access to review content that is to be published. For this it would be great if one could share private links with those users to let them view the content before it is published. A big bonus would be if they also could add comments to the content to allow the work of review in case changes are needed in the eyes of the reviewer.

Christoph Hillisch D360 Product Management Yes we would also like to see this feature embedded. The ability to share the un-published article to a reviewer who is non-document360 user and be able to make comments to the editor so the workflow can still be maintained. Currently you have to do everything manually to get the feedback from contributors and reviewers.
