In 2.0, the Copy link feature is not currently configurable, while the feature is good for users who frequently share article links. For certain use cases, the link feature is not required, having the option to disable it would be good.

The customer requested a direct project setting to disable the heading copy link button, as the current implementation can create unwanted empty spacing below headings and affect article readability. Currently, this can only be achieved using custom CSS, and the customer would prefer a built-in toggle option within project settings.

Hi Awake Tiger
Thank you for your feedback regarding the "Copy Link" feature in 2.0.
We understand that while this feature is valuable for frequent sharing, certain use cases may not require it. Based on your input, we believe this can be considered a quick-win enhancement.
Could you please share the usecases where we need not required a copy link?

Many customers, especially those in sensitive sectors such as healthcare, insurance, and competitive industries, have strict requirements around information confidentiality. They are understandably concerned about protecting proprietary data, confidential policies, medical records, or details of ongoing projects from unauthorized access or exposure to competitors.
Providing users with granular control over the Interactive Decision Tree feature—such as the ability to restrict access, manage visibility, or disable the feature for specific documents—would empower organizations to safeguard sensitive information according to their unique compliance and privacy needs. This level of flexibility not only enhances trust but also ensures that customers can confidently leverage the feature without compromising on data security.
