Provide options to customize the shared link of an article

The link that is generated now looks weird - it doesn't contain our help desk domain. Currently, the link looks like this: https://ourcompanyname.document360.io/shared/7f751928-e88b-4a81-9dfd-7ad0d2999289, and we have cases where customers think it is a false/phishing URL. This is highly unacceptable and undesirable.
Another big issue with the shared links is that these are not recognized as our company's links by analytics tools and are not categorized as real-user direct traffic - rather, they are categorized as bot/crawler-generated traffic.
For example, a link like this one would be recognized and properly categorized by analytics tools: https://ourcompanyname.com/help/shared/7f751928-e88b-4a81-9dfd-7ad0d2999289.
If the customization of this link cannot be done through the interface, providing an API for that would also work so that engineers can apply it.
Thanks!

Hi Lemon Crawdad
Thank you for the detailed context and for articulating the business impact so clearly. We fully acknowledge the challenges around brand trust, security perception, and analytics attribution caused by the current shared link behavior.
We are taking this feedback back to our engineering teams for a deeper evaluation, including technical feasibility and possible solution approaches. We will get back to you with a detailed update once the analysis is complete.
We appreciate your patience and the strategic nature of this input - it helps us prioritize improvements that matter at scale.
