Hi Aegean Tuna, can I understand the use case here in disabling those features on the KB site? And as a product we generally won't give the allow/deny option for all the features we usually work on.

Mukesh Sriram I can't speak for Aegean Tuna, but I can speak for my use case. I use Document 360 as a private knowledge base that houses internal and some sensitive customer information, so we have everything locked down from external websites and from even allowing our employees from downloading the content. Further, we have strict company policy not to feed any of our company documentation into AI that has not been approved. These features make it extremely easy for employees to both download and to feed this documentation into any AI that they want. As the team that is seen as running the knowledge base, we cannot be seen as the ones facilitating anything that would lead to breaking policy.
