Teams migrating large volumes of content into a knowledge base need to apply consistent, repeatable text replacements, including converting matched text into reusable content elements, across many articles at once. Today this can only be done manually through the portal UI, one operation at a time.

Suggested Enhancement: Provide an API endpoint that performs the same bulk find-and-replace operation as the portal's Find and Replace tool, including the option to replace matched text with a reference to an existing variable or snippet, so the operation can be triggered programmatically and run on a recurring schedule.

Customer Benefit: Teams could keep large content libraries consistent automatically, cutting the manual effort needed every time content is re-imported, migrated, or bulk-updated.
