When either printing or creating a PDF of an article, would be good to have a confidentiality page or paragraph be attached to the output.
We use this application to document our Software and currently have a Confidentiality statement in every document.

I would like to add a possibility to add an additional page apart from the cover page with front matter such as copyright info

Administrative Prawn - so you need something similar to our current "Cover page" where you can add a page with option to add some confidentiality text and included in the generated PDF?

Saravana Kumar: We have this option set but find it limited in a few ways:
- The font of the description is too large for the confidentiality paragraph we want to use. I cannot customize the font size or color.
- The Cover Page only works for the PDF option of an article. If a user Prints to a PDF, the cover page is not included. Would be great to have the ability to include the cover page when Printing to a PDF and to customize the content of the description on the cover page.

Administrative Prawn: Hi Mary. I just worked with this function (creating a Design template for PDF exports/downloads) recently, so if it helps in the meantime:
I added a confidentiality statement to the Footer section (Content field), which allows me to set color and point size, and is then on every page of the PDF's actual content. (FYI: In preview it's misleading/looks like you can't add much, but you can add a lot of text here. You can't center the text, but I was happy that I wordsmithed/"point sized" my statement to fit exactly on/fully fill two lines... :) )
Because the Print utility they're using is generic/doesn't use these templates (yet?), I decided to remove the Print button, and include only the newer PDF button on our articles. That way a Reader can still print if they have to, by printing the PDF they download, and I'm now comfortable the PDF is labeled as an article coming from our KB, branded, has a confidentiality statement, and has page numbers.
I have a few separate issues to suggest to Kovai to improve the template for this, but am glad it's to this point! (Thanks for this progress, Kovai.)

Administrative Prawn: Hope it works for what you need. (Separately, I saw that the PDF option was missing for some. Maybe the issue's specific to which plan we have? We're on Enterprise now, and button's active.)

Brass Koala: I was able to reset the PDF icon to display and have added the content to the footer to our PDFs.
