It's a good suggestion and we can see the use case. We will bring a "Download PDF" option on the context menu available in the editor.

Hi Mohammad Nayeem, Thank you for your feedback; currently, the user-facing site has print and PDF download features; however, your request appears to be in the article editor. Could you please explain the purpose of having in the article editor so that we can understand it better?

Hello Marshal Ebinezar, The feature request was for ease of use.
We now have the print and download as pdf options disabled, but as administrators/editors, we would like to download the articles as a pdf as needed.

Marshal Ebinezar: This would be useful for Paysafe as well. We disabled the user-facing PDF feature since we don't want users to be able to download EVERY article. Some articles are sensitive and we don't want them circulating.
However, we do get requests for specific articles quite regularly, and it's a pain to use the Bulk operations tool to filter through to find the articles. There's no search bar, and the filtering is a bit clunky.
It would be way easier to just create a PDF from the editor pane. Honestly, I was surprised it wasn't there already. It was the first place I looked when I needed to create a PDF for the first time (in the ... More menu next to Publish).
