This request was created on behalf of Raya.
The ability to filter search results by category directly within the portal search would greatly improve the user experience, especially for teams managing large volumes of articles with similar titles. This enhancement would help users narrow down results faster and locate the right content more efficiently.

Hi Required Flamingo,
Thank you for sharing this feedback.
Currently, search results already display the associated category information along with the article. To further improve clarity and usability, we will proceed with a UI enhancement to make the distinction more intuitive by clearly presenting Articles and Categories within the search experience.
This enhancement is planned to improve discoverability and help users navigate search results more efficiently, especially in projects with a large volume of content. We'll share updates as the implementation progresses.

The "filter" search available on the front-end site (in screenshot) is really useful for quickly finding articles by title. It'd be nice to have it in the backend as well.

Hi Yinmn blue Lark,
Thank you for the suggestion. The quick filter-by-title search on the front-end can certainly be helpful, and we understand why having something similar in the backend might be valuable.
To better understand your requirement, could you share a bit more about your use case?
In which backend screens or workflows would this filter be most useful?
Are you primarily trying to locate articles faster, manage large category structures, or support another workflow?
How often do you find yourself needing a quick title-based filter in the backend?
Your context will help us evaluate whether and how this could fit into future improvements.
