Populate the name in the confirmation pop-up for article settings operations

On the Knowledge Base portal, when viewing the content of Article A, it’s still possible to click the three-dot menu of a different article (e.g., Article B) in the category tree and choose to unpublish it.
However, the confirmation pop-up does not display the article name, which makes it difficult for users to identify which article is being unpublished. This creates confusion during such actions.
It would be helpful to include the article name in the confirmation pop-up, so users can clearly see which article is being affected.
