Point of article performance is??

What is the point of having the article performance section if you cannot click on dislikes and likes to see which articles they are talking about? I have already checked the feedback manager and they do not register there. SHould be able to click on the button to show the articles.

Acute Lynx thanks for the feedback, we will have this analyzed. There are challenges when sometimes users might not have access to the Analytics of the Knowledge base portal. Hence at the moment, we have this limited in the current view of just displaying the numbers. Based on the users feedback, we will take it up for the improvements.
