Pipedrive Integration with Document360
backlog
Nivedha Mohan
The only available actions for Document360 in Zapier when integrated with Pipedrive are:
Creating an article, finding an article, and updating the Text to the article
However, our customers are looking for a more specific implementation, such as automatically triggering an invitation email from Document360 to create a reader account whenever a label is added to a Person record in Pipedrive.

Hi Nivedha Mohan does the change to Backlog status for this post mean this feature has been reviewed and it not going to be actively developed for the time being?

Hi Nivedha and Michael
Thanks for outlining the use case so clearly. Just to confirm my understanding:
You're looking to enhance Document360’s Zapier integration to go beyond the current actions (Create, Find, and Append to an article), specifically to:
Trigger an invitation email to create a reader account based on events in external tools (like when a label is added in Pipedrive), and
Possibly allow new reader account creation through embedded webforms on external websites.
While this isn't part of our immediate roadmap, we’ve added it to our feature backlog, and we’ll evaluate and prioritize it based on customer traction and technical feasibility. Your feedback is extremely valuable and helps us steer these integrations in the right direction. We'll keep you posted on any progress.

I think this feature request could be characterised more broadly, as it doesn't relate specifically to Pipedrive per se, it is more about enhancing Document360's Zapier integration to add more useful actions rather than the three odd ones it has now, of Append Text to Document, Create a Document, and Find a Document. It should be possible via the Zapier integration to create new reader accounts or at least rigger invitation emails to prospective reader account users.

Thanks Nivedha. We also want to put (embed) a webform on our website that allows people to register for a reader account.
