PDF Template Improvements

Allow larger image display in template header (right now, header images are tiny).
Add additional formatting options to:
- Nested lists (bullet style/colour)
- More options for different heading levels, rather than just 1 colour for all headings.
- Ability to disable links.

Marshal Ebinezar Hi, agree with Marsha Hippensteel and would like emphasize that our environment also sees a need for the option to have the article's last updated date to be posted on the exported PDF.

Hi Sadia Belanger, Thank you for your valuable feedback; we have added it to our pipeline, we will provide an update once the implementation is begun.

Marshal Ebinezar: Hi Marshal. Thanks for your response. Adding to this, instead of creating separate request for the same topic. I just created a Design template last week, and am glad for Kovai's progress with this--thanks.
The few suggestions for additional improvement I have are:
- There isn't any dating done to the PDF for individual articles (other than the file's download date). Can the article's Updated date be added? (Preferably under the article's title.)
- Can you improve the position of the "Powered by Document360" on the last page of the PDF, please? It's currently neither centered, or right justified...
- In the few PDFs I tested, if an image had a caption, the caption "fell off" the image. It was still included in the PDF, but was left justified on a separate line under the image/wasn't centered anymore. (FYI: This happens sometimes when working with articles too--there's something off with the coding for captions.)
