PDF Imports & .DOCX formats

Document360 currently allows exporting articles only as PDF files, while importing requires only .docx files. This breaks the workflow for moving content between Sandbox and Production. Supporting PDF imports, in addition to .docx, would resolve the inconsistency and enable a smoother, bidirectional content migration process.

Thank you for your feedback. We are currently working on PDF import within articles, and this enhancement will be available soon. We’ll share an update once it’s released.
At the same time, exporting articles as Word documents (.docx) is not planned in the near term. PDF will continue to be the supported format for exports.
