Our customers and sales teams require the option to download not just individual articles, but also export articles at a Category or Sub-category level.

It would be the icing on the cake if we could get a button on the UI so readers can download relevant article(s) in a single click. Something to this effect:

In the navigation, clicking "More (three horizontal dots)" opens the option "Export as PDF."

We have help centers where the documentation expands to address various configs. For example, in "Configuring Salesforce connector" (sub-category), typical articles entail:

We want the Salesforce config PDF export to include all procedural guides.

We need the option on the admin side to configure exporting as PDF only one document vs letting them select the entire project. The function originally was that way. Now we have to turn off pdf export entirely otherwise they can export the entire knowledgebase.

I would like to see the limit PDF export sizes (currently 15mb) increased to be suitable for us to export workspaces in full. Such limitations is impacting projects and workflows i.e. need to export a workspace so is available in PDF format for clients, then can delete that workspace to allow us to create a new workspace. Was suggested we export workspaces in small chunks, which honestly is adding time and inefficiency. Example being one workspace would take 17 separate exports, then time to put together in one single PDF.

The hyperlinks in the PDF file should open topics within the PDF file and not redirect to the KB.

In the exported PDF, when a table spans multiple pages, there is a requirement to display the header on every page where the table appears.

One of our customers would like the following enhancements in PDF template:

Option to rename the "Table Of Contents" in other languages such as German.

Option to indent the Cover Page Title and Description

Option to include the current date as a time stamp be inserted into the PDF export to remind their users that the PDF file is just a snapshot of their Documentation
