I had a request from a security minded employee to improve how passwords are issued. There is concern about sending temp passwords as plain text via email. Are there any ways this process can be improved to reduce the risk of that password being insecure?

Presented Doc360 for my peers . The password is openly displayed in the confirmation mail is flagged as a red alert on security by my security minded peers. Very interested in knowing when fix will it be implemented.

To prevent a serious security incident this is critical to eliminate this major security flaw. Do we have an update on this? I don't want Doc360 or my company to end up on the news, being responsible for a serious breach of user privacy and cyber security attack.
