Options to manage Labels in the UI

Currently, there is no option available in the UI to delete a label once it has been created. This can lead to clutter, confusion, and an accumulation of unused or outdated labels.
Proposed Solution:
Introduce a “Delete” option for labels in the UI, allowing users to remove labels that are no longer needed. This option could be accessible via a label management screen or dropdown menu next to each label.

Document360 now provides a dedicated
Manage labels
page under Content tools > Labels
, allowing you to create, edit, group, filter, and delete labels. You can also perform bulk actions and review where labels are being used across articles and page categories.These enhancements make it easier to maintain consistent labeling and manage labels efficiently as your knowledge base grows.

We understand the need for this request. It would take us some time to build this. In the mean time, Please suggest if as a quick fix, would you like us to delete the labels that are not used in any articles automatically.
