As I have discussed with Hani several times, there MUST be added an option to disable the "/" quick insert menu in the Document360 backend/editor on a project, workspace or user basis. It is extremely annoying to work with this feature and it increases the time spent to work on an article a lot. Especially if you copypaste content without formatting from somewhere else and then want to format it in Document360, the quick insert menu is an absolute nightmare.

At the same time, you should DEFINITELY bring back the old "+" menu button below the "Format" and "Code view" buttons, because this functionality worked perfectly for us and we still cannot understand why it has been removed. There is no reason why the "+" menu and the "/" quick insert menu cannot exist at the same time. The "+" button could also be customizable to be activated/deactivated on a project, workspace or user basis.
