Most knowledge bases are single page applications to deliver users a smoother experience by not loading the page each time they click an article. That would be great to have an SPA version of the knowledge bases.

This would be a game changer. Clicking from one article link to another is a fairly unpleasant experience right now. If browsing articles could be more seamless so that only the article content container reloads, D360 knowledge bases will feel much more polished and professional.
