Hi,

Currently, when opening the Document360 Portal, the system automatically expands the very first category and its sub-items by default. While this may be helpful for some workflows, it creates a forced visual noise for teams managing extensive or high-volume category structures.

Although the "Collapse All" button exists, having to click it every single time the portal loads is an unnecessary manual step.

I looked for a related portal setting, but couldn't find one.

It would be helpful to have an option to load the category tree in a collapsed state by default when the portal is accessed.
