Hi Document360 Team,
I wanted to share some feedback regarding the "OPEN SITE↗" link. Given, what seems to me, a the typical context of working on or writing a specific page/article, it would be much more intuitive if this link opened the exact page currently being edited.
The current setup feels tedious: every time I want to preview the article I'm working on, I have to navigate through the site structure to locate it. This repetitive process adds up to a significant amount of wasted time.
While I understand that keeping a tab with the live site open is an option, that requires publishing an unfinished article just to see updates, which doesn't seem ideal. This feels more like a workaround than a solution.
Since changes are auto-saved, it would be helpful if "OPEN SITE↗" could display a live preview of the latest unpublished draft, perhaps as "OPEN PREVIEW↗" rather than the current live version. A dedicated live preview feature would greatly enhance the writing and editing experience.
Additionally, in browsers like Arc, site previews often appear as overlays, making it easier to reference changes while continuing to work. If "OPEN SITE↗" linked directly to the current page being edited, the experience would be even more streamlined and efficient in such browsers.
Am I perhaps missing an existing feature that supports this workflow? Any guidance would be appreciated.
Thank you for considering this suggestion.
Best,
Denis
