Implement cursor scope, new line creation and automatic numbering behaviors when an editable content element (like private notes, callouts etc..) and non-editable content elements (like images, snippets etc..) are inserted inside a numbered list.

Continue numbering, restart numbering and set numbering value implementations when a content element is inserted just after a numbered list.
