No. of seats for D360 suppor team
When I have any issue with my knowledge base, I'm asked to add the respective person-in-charge to our dashboard. I already have a limited number of seats, and a few associates working on the dashboard. Each time I need to remove an associate of mine from the plan, add someone from the document360 support team, remove them when they are done, and add my associate back. Adding document360 support team should not take any seats from my plan.
