We already have the ability to mark new articles. However, this is only visible after you navigate to the category.
It would be great if we had a widget that would consolidate these articles and make them visible on the landing page - without the need to do this manually.

An extension of this is when saving an article... or while bulk publishing, there's a prompt to show as a link on the landing page.

Landing page in general I would say is in dire need of new widgets but this is a particularly good idea.
