Christoph SciriBartylla you can view these details in the Dashboard, both your contributions and team's contribution in Project Overview ( need to be admin - portal role) for this. Kindly let us know if any challenges in in figuring out this info.

Thiru: thank you for your reply. I have owner role and should be able to see these information, but I cannot. Let me specify: I need the number of all articles published currently, how many are in draft mode, and how may are hidden. The overview currently just gives information how many articles have been published in a certain period of time(!). this is interesting but we do not want to count the articles manually which are currently online, hidden or in draft mode. Can you please point out where this information is gone with the new Doc360 version. Thank you!

Christoph SciriBartylla: The draft article counts are being displayed, however hidden articles are not displayed in the dashboard. You can still the view total number of articles with different status in the Documentation > All Articles menu option
