Move Replicated Articles Along With Categories Across Workspaces

When moving a category from one workspace to another, categories that contain replicated articles are moved without their associated articles. As a result, the category appears empty in the destination workspace, which creates confusion and requires additional manual effort to restore the intended structure.
Currently, the system displays a popup warning users that replicated articles will not be moved along with the category. While this sets the expectation, it does not address the underlying usability and content management challenge.

We understand how moving a category without its replicated articles can create confusion and additional effort in maintaining the intended structure, even with the current warning message in place. We will analyse this scenario in detail and also evaluate the technical feasibility to understand possible approaches for improving the experience.
